The city of Huntington Beach, CA takes their classic cars as serious as their surfing. There were plenty of vintage classics for everyone to enjoy along Main St. Everything from Volkswagen, to woodies, to muscle cars built before 1967 can be seen here. The surf lineup was quite packed as well. With heavy traffic, surfers fought for each wave as the day was perfect, especially for longboarders.

Joshua Tree National Park is the land of incredible rock formations and never ending yuccas. Just a short drive from Los Angeles, Joshua Tree makes the perfect weekend road trip for any Angeleno. There is something for everyone here, especially if you're a hiker, climber, camper or photographer. Hidden Valley is a personal favorite, so be sure to spend extra time here exploring.
